They will reply you promptly but be very careful to write emails. For study everything, take sometime. If you don't get the information from the website then only send the email. If there is a general email address like admissions@tkk.fi or info@utu.fi then send email to that address unless otherwise mentioned because there will be more than one person checking that email and you will be sure to get the reply. But I reiterate study the website clearly first and ask the specific questions not the general. <BR/>If you are wondering where is google translate. u may have never used that in Nepal.
