i have completed Doctor of veterinary medicine(D.V.M.) from Bangladseh Agricultural University, Bangladesh and acquired score 3.31 out of 4 scale (around 70% mark).
I am keenly interested to develop my higer or master degree from finland under the schloarship.
i have gained IELTS Band score 6.5.
So plaese which university will be better for me and what is the criteria of schloarship.and plaese also write me in detail about admission procedure and application deadline.

i want to study my master degree for IT in finland but i heard that we shoud have b.sc with minimum 126 credit hour is that right if that is not right how many credit hour should we have
