It costs 1 euro to cash a cheque. Biggest denomitation avaible in cheques is 500 euro and to exchange all 12 cheques it costs 12 euros. Doing so is against the rule of any housing company. you will get caught if only they get complaint against u. They will easily resend it to your new address. Will embassy issue visa without the bank draft?<br /><br />=&gt; Embassy will definitely issue the Resident Permit with Traveler&#39;s Cheque of 6000 Euro with replacement of Bank Draft of the same amount. In fact, Embassy itself will encourage students for making Traveler&#39;s Cheque instead of Bank Draft.<br /><br /><br />2. Can we exchange Traveler&#39;s Cheque without visa?<br /><br />3. Can we exchange Traveler&#39;s Cheque worth more than $2000 or Eur 1500?<br /><br />=&gt; Embassy will issue a letter as it used to issue before for the exchange of Traveler&#39;s Cheque. It is already confirmed and assured that this process can be carried out without any complications.
